Poor nutrition as result with hair problems

Yes, we know that no one wishes to read about hair problems. Something we wish to say is that hair problems can be easily fixed if we think about our daily habits.
The poor quality of the hair loss is usually caused by stress, proper care, but also as a result of poor nutrition.
Gradually, or long- lasting hair loss, generally associated with iron deficiency.
Also, significant hair loss can occur after childbirth, due to malnutrition (thin) or as a result of rigorous diet. Iron has the composition of hemoglobin, a substance that is essential for the transport of oxygen to a tissue, and due to the lack of iron in the body, all the tissues and thus the hair are poorly supplied with oxygen.
Iron gives strength to the hair and accelerates growth and is found in meat, liver, grains, leafy green vegetables, egg yolk, fruit juices from apples, cherries, blueberries, plums, grapes (without added sugar).
